Container provided contains (all in powder format)
oatmeal, milk, honey, lavender, rose, cocoa,, coffee, chamomile, turmeric and charcoal.
In a cup no larger than a shot glass (about 2oz), mix well
3 scoops of thick dairy (yogurt, sour cream, or mayo)
Adjust according to preferred consistency...there's no right or wrong method. Apply to face and neck and allow 20-30 maximum time before rinsing and wiping face clean with a facecloth.
